A section of a state highway in southern Caldwell County will close on Friday for minor road work.
Kentucky Transportation Cabinet Public Information Officer Keith Todd says that a section of KY 139/Cadiz Road, about three miles south of Princeton between Rock Springs Road and Silver Star School Road, will be closed to allow a cross drain to be replaced.
Todd says the roadway is expected to close at eight Friday morning and reopen around three Friday afternoon.
There will be no marked detour.
