A local Christian Ministry is gearing up for a special anniversary of an annual free family event.
Bro. Harrell Riley, director of HR Ministries, says that they will soon begin the planning stages for the 10th anniversary of Summer Slam this summer.
The annual event, which is held every July on the Butler Lawn in downtown Princeton, is free for all in the community and includes family friendly games and activities, a concert by local and headlining Contemporary Christian artists, food, fellowship, and more.
Previous headliners included Newsong, Jason Crabb, Carrollton, Elevate, Seventh Day Slumber, and more.
More information about the 10th anniversary event will be released in the coming months.
