An inmate who escaped from a Paducah facility on Saturday has been arrested.
According to Kentucky State Police 33-year-old Frankie Lee Higdon was arrested in Louisville just after 11:50 Monday night by Louisville Metro Police. Higdon was then lodged in the Louisville Metro Department of Corrections.
Higdon, who is from Louisville, was found to be missing from the Keaton Correctional Facility in Paducah just after one on Saturday morning.
