An overnight weather system brought light snowfall to the region and created some slick roadways early Saturday morning.
Kentucky Transportation Cabinet Public Information Officer Keith Todd reports Hopkins County reported several slick spots, with few slick spots reported in Caldwell and Lyon counties. Todd adds a few trucks are out treating mainly bridges, overpasses, and other potential trouble spots.
Road conditions are expected to improve after sunrise, as temperatures are expected to rise above 40 Saturday.
