Private graveside services will be held for Charles Edward Bennett, age 62, of Eddyville.
Charles was a member of New Bethel Baptist Church. He was a heavy equipment operator and member of Operating Engineers Local 181.
Survivors include six sisters: Ethelyne Riley and husband, Jimmy of Fredonia; Pat Smith of Fredonia; Judy Clift and husband, William Ralph, of Princeton; Mary Lucy Dycus and husband, Jimmy Don, of Chesterton, IN; Linda Dyer of Eddyville; and Sandra White and husband, Grady, of Eddyville; one brother: Johnny Bennett and wife, Deanna, of Fairfield, TX; one brother-in-law: Ray Byars of Benton as well as several nieces and nephews.
Lakeland Funeral Home of Eddyville is in charge of arrangements.
