The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for Caldwell, Hopkins, Lyon, and Muhlenberg counties in western Kentucky from midnight Saturday night to noon Sunday.
Forecasters say those counties could see up to a tenth of an inch in ice accumulation and less than an inch of snowfall.
Hazardous road conditions are possible during the late overnight hours as the temperature will remain below freezing. The temperature will warm up above freezing after sunrise Sunday and the precipitation will switch over to rain.
