Local Veterinarian Offering Deal for National Dental Month

A local veterinarian is offering a special deal for pet dental services for February’s National Dental Month to make sure your furry friend stays happy and healthy.
Stan Rogers, DVM, owner of Rogers Veterinary Clinic says that they are offering 10% off all pet dental plaque removals, which does involve a evaluation process, through the end of February.

Dr. Rogers adds that dental plaque removals are best done once a year.

Dr. Rogers notes that the best way to help prevent dental diseases in our pets, in addition to yearly dental plaque removals, is to brush their teeth every day. He says that there are specifically made toothbrushes and toothpastes for pets that are safe for pets to ingest and don’t require rinsing. Dr. Rogers does note, however, that there are other options for those who can’t brush their pets teeth every day.

If dental diseases do become serious Dr. Rogers adds that they will remove all problematic teeth, which will insure the pet’s continued health, as dental diseases can lead to other serious diseases.

To make a dental plaque removal appointment for your pet you can call Rogers Veterinary Clinic at 270-365-9822.
