Was your New Year’s Resolution to get back into shape but you just can’t seem to get off the couch? Or maybe it wasn’t your resolution but you’ve decided it’s time to get up and move, but don’t know where to start?
Start slow, start smart, start with the Caldwell County Extension Office. Ashley White, Agent for Family and Consumer Sciences at the Extension Office says that a new program, Couch Potato Challenge, will be a great starting point to get moving.
White adds that the program will start on Monday, February 18th.
White notes that the challenge will indeed start small but will gradually increase over the course of the program.
