A resolution has been passed authorizing the adoption of an agreement between the Caldwell County Fiscal Court and the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, Department of Rural and Municipal Aid.
The resolution, which is an agreement to accept flex funds from the state, was brought to the Court’s attention during a regular meeting Tuesday morning. Road Supervisor Wendell Lane stated that the resolution concerns the paving of county roads during Fiscal Year 2018-2019 and had somehow not been approved.
The resolution includes the re-surfacing of portions of McIntosh Road, Smith Road, and Haile Spur and bit patching on portions of Crayne Cemetery Road, Archie Ortt Road, H Haile Road, and Dripping Springs Road within Caldwell County.
After a motion and a second the Court unanimously approved the resolution.
