The pressure is on, in the kitchen that is.
Ashley White, Agent for Family and Consumer Sciences at the Caldwell County Extension Office, says that a new workshop about electric pressure cookers will be offered on Tuesday, February, 19th. The workshop will begin at 1PM at the Extension Office located at 1025 Highway 62 West in Princeton.
White notes that the workshop will cover all the basics of using the new pressure cookers and will also include new recipes.
The workshop will also explain the differences between older pressure cookers and the newer electric ones and includes information released from the University of Kentucky. The workshop is free and open to all in the public.
White adds that anyone interested in attending does need to call the Extension Office at 270-365-2787 to register by Monday, February 18th.
