A local Christian Counselor is letting the public know that help is available within the community for those dealing with every type of issue or problem.
Stephanie Boaz, Counselor at Where New Beginnings Start in Fredonia, says that she is now offering classes on various topics, including substance abuse and addiction classes.
Boaz adds that what she does at New Beginnings, especially for those suffering with addiction, is to help people understand their problem and work on tools to overcome them.
She notes that everyone deals with struggles, whether that’s depression, addiction, anger, or something else, but help is out there.
Boaz says that she does have a minimum fee of $25, but would never turn anyone away if they don’t have the money to seek help.
She notes that she is located in Fredonia beside Unity Baptist Church in their Mission House.
Where New Beginnings Start will have a grand opening on March 9th for all in the community to come out and learn more about the Mission House and the counseling center.
