A local church is reminding the community that their next monthly community fellowship meal will be Thursday.
Presley Lamm, pastor at Fredonia First Baptist Church, says that the next community meal will be held on Thursday, February 21st.
He adds that the menu for Thursday’s dinner will be spaghetti, with meatballs or meatless sauce, garlic bread, salad, and various mouthwatering desserts. The meal is free and Bro. Lamm stresses that it’s open for all, not just members of the church.
Bro. Lamm notes that the church started offering the free community fellowship meal once a month in January with plans to continue the meals through the end of the year. He adds the meals began as a way to meet both a financial and emotional need within the community.
