Local Magistrate Working with Waste Management Company to Resolve Issues

A local magistrate has joined with a local waste management company in order to help resolve past issues and begin moving forward.
Jeff Simms, Caldwell County Magistrate District Four, says that he was approached about helping Waste Corporation of America (WCA) engage with their local customers and recently began working with them on a part-time basis.

He adds that his role is to give the people of Princeton and Caldwell County a voice with WCA.

Simms notes that issues won’t be resolved overnight but that this is a great step moving forward.

He is encouraging all citizens to contact him with their issues so he can take the proper steps to resolve them.

Simms also adds that citizens can also contact him through email.

He does also note that he made sure working with WCA would not be considered a conflict of interest and will recuse himself from any and all governmental dealings with the company when it comes to decisions made by the Caldwell County Fiscal Court.
