Lake Barkley Partnership Career Fair Wednesday, March 27th

Those looking for work or a change of careers are being invited to a career fair in Princeton on Wednesday.
Amanda Davenport, Executive Director of the Lake Barkley Partnership for Economic Development, is reminding all job seekers that the first ever career fair facilitated by the partnership will be held on Wednesday, March 27th from 9AM until 1PM at the Tourism Center in downtown Princeton. She adds that ten different employers will be at the career fair.

She notes that Hopkinsville Community College will also be there to talk about their CDL training.

Davenport is encouraging interested job seekers to be prepared when meeting with employers.

She is also asking participating job seekers to fill out a survey so that the Partnership can have better and more successful career fairs in the future.

Davenport is stressing that the career fair is not only a way to connect job seekers to employers, but also a way to show the community that good paying jobs are in this region.

The Lake Barkley Partnership Career Fair will be held Wednesday, March 27th from 9AM until 1PM at the Tourism Center, located at 206 East Market Street in downtown Princeton and is free and open to all job seekers in the region.
