Not too Late to Begin Living a Healthier Lifestyle

It’s April, which means it’s getting closer to the middle of the year and getting farther away from those New Year’s Resolutions, but a local personal trainer wants the public to know that it’s not too late to begin living a healthier lifestyle.
Brandy Holloman says that the hardest part of beginning a healthier lifestyle is taking the first step.

She adds that even if you have stayed consistent in exercising more but have stopped seeing results it may be time to seek outside help.

Holloman notes this is what most personal trainers are there to accomplish.

As for diet, Holloman says that it’s a decision based on individual needs and may vary from person to person but should consist of more natural foods and less processed foods.

She reminds people that weight loss and living a healthier lifestyle is a process and sometimes you take a few steps backward but it’s nothing to beat yourself up over.
