Man Arrested for Violating Emergency Protective Order

A man has been arrested for violating an emergency protective order following a traffic stop Thursday morning.
According to a Princeton Police report officers stopped a vehicle for traffic violations on North Jefferson Street around 11:30. After investigation at the scene, the report states that the driver, 28-year-old Daniel N. Garrett, was found to be in possession of a firearm, which violated an emergency protective order.
Garrett was arrested and charged with violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO.
He was then lodged in the Caldwell County Jail.
