A Fredonia man has been arrested following a reckless driving complaint Thursday morning.
According to a Princeton Police report officers responded to reckless driving complaint on 62 West around 10:44. The reports states that officers located and stopped a vehicle matching the description in the area of Hardee’s.
Officers determined that the driver, 39-year-old Joseph A. Ortell, was allegedly under the influence of alcohol.
Ortell was arrested and charged with driving on a DUI suspended license, no insurance, and DUI second offense, aggravating circumstances.
Ortell was then lodged in the Caldwell County Jail.
