Local artists are being invited to join Create Princeton, a group hoping to bring awareness of the creative side of the community, to the local Farmer’s Market.
Joe Duncan, member of Create Princeton and Marketing Director at Caldwell Medical Center, is reminding community members that farmers and artists aren’t so different and is encouraging artists to join in on the Farmer’s Market.
He adds that the group isn’t focusing on one type of art over the other but is more open and welcoming to all disciplines with visual arts represented at their table and musical arts represented in a music circle.
Duncan notes that any and all artists in town are welcome to use Create Princeton’s booth as a space to promote their art.
Create Princeton is at the Caldwell County Farmer’s Market from 9AM to 1PM every Saturday, with the music circle beginning at noon.
The Caldwell County Farmer’s Market is also open on Thursdays from 4 until 6PM at their location beside City Hall in downtown Princeton. For more information you can find the Market on Facebook.
