Officials Hoping to Attract Companies to Princeton-Caldwell County Industrial Park Build Ready Site

The Lake Barkley Partnership for Economic Development is reminding local residents of the great asset in their back yard, the Princeton-Caldwell County Industrial Park.
Partnership Executive Director Amanda Davenport says that the Partnership and the Industrial Development Authority Board are hoping to attract more industry to the area through the park.

She adds that they went through a state program to develop the sites to fast track industrial development.

Davenport notes that she’s been marketing the area to show potential business owners the positives of locating to this area.

She explains that currently the park is about 60 acres and has one certified build ready site that includes existing utilities.

Davenport states that the Partnership is also working on updates to their website in order to better present this area to potential businesses and investors.
