Teens Invited to Teen Movie Mondays at Local Library

Teens in the sixth through twelfth grades are being invited to Teen Movie Mondays at the local library.
Nichelle Faughn, Director of the George Coon Public Library, says that Teen Movie Mondays continue throughout the remainder of June with the final two movie nights on June 17th and June 24th at the library at 114 South Harrison Street in Princeton. She adds that the movies are in congruence with the summer reading program theme, A Universe of Stories, and will be centered around space.

Faughn notes that while the movie nights coincide with the summer reading program teens do not have to be participating to come and watch the films. She does express, however, that teens participating in the summer reading program receive more chances to win prizes at the end of the summer by attending the movie nights.
Both movie nights are free and will begin at 3PM in the auditorium at the library. Free popcorn and water will also be available for those who come to watch.
For more information, or to sign up, you can call the library at 270-365-2884.
