All in the community are being invited to attend a joint meeting of the Caldwell County Fiscal Court and Princeton and Fredonia City Councils on Monday night.
Princeton Mayor Kota Young says the second ever joint meeting including all county and municipal governments within Caldwell County will be held Monday night beginning at 7:30PM at the Fredonia Lions Club on West Shelby Street in Fredonia. He adds that the agenda includes updates from officials from Princeton, Fredonia, and Caldwell County.
Mayor Young notes that the meeting will also feature a presentation by Igniting Voices, who in 2018 held several workshops to seek opinions from community members that culminated in a study done by the University of Kentucky. The group was created as an effort to help all the different organizations within the county come together and work toward a common goal in growing the community. The findings from the UK study will be presented to the public at the meeting on Monday.
A public question and answer session will also be held after the presentation for community members to ask questions about Igniting Voices or anything else happening within the community.
