Sheriff’s Office Looking for Information Surrounding Recent Vehicle Thefts

Local law enforcement are asking for the publics help in finding information surrounding recent vehicle thefts.
Caldwell County Sheriff Stan Hudson says that his office received a report of a stolen vehicle on Monday. He explains that Bobby Bowers reported that his 2003 black Dodge pickup was missing from his driveway.
Sheriff Hudson adds that during the course of the investigation deputies located an abandoned vehicle on I-69 that was noted to be stolen out of Evansville, Indiana. The vehicle was then recovered and the owner notified.
Later on Monday, Sheriff Hudson notes that his office was notified by the Memphis Police Department of the recovery of Bowers’ 2003 black Dodge pickup.
Sheriff Hudson states that the investigation is ongoing and is asking the public for any information regarding the Dodge pickup. Those who may have information can contact the Caldwell County Sheriff’s Office at 270-365-2088.
