A Princeton man has been arrested for driving under the influence following an incident Friday night.
According to a Princeton Police report officers responded to a complaint of an intoxicated male at Food Giant on East Legion Street just after six. The report states that when officers arrived they located 59-year-old Ray L. Bozarth and determined that he was allegedly under the influence of intoxicants.
Bozarth was arrested and charged with his second DUI offense.
He was then lodged in the Caldwell County Jail.
