An investigation by the Pennyrile Narcotics Task Force and Probation and Parole led to the arrest of a Princeton man in Lyon County Wednesday for drug trafficking.
Director David Thompson reports 27-year old Austin Bender was taken into custody without incident in the Wendy’s parking lot in Kuttawa around 3:00 p.m. Bender was reportedly found in possession of a quantity of methamphetamine and marijuana for the purpose of distribution.
Bender was lodged in the Caldwell County Jail charged with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance – methamphetamine, trafficking in marijuana second offense, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
