Road Closure on Maple Street Bridge Scheduled to Start Tuesday

Motorists who routinely travel along Maple Street in Princeton should be aware of a road closure the remainder of this week.
According to a post on social media Princeton Water and Wastewater (PWW) states that they plan on closing the Maple Street bridge beginning Tuesday morning at 5AM to connect two previously installed waterline segments.
At a Princeton City Council meeting Monday evening Mayor Kota Young noted that the work is expected to take just over a week to complete.

He added that PWW is currently planning on only daytime closures in this area until work is complete but this schedule is dependent on the railroad traffic below the bridge so closure times are subject to change.
Mayor Young expressed that the section along the bridge should be the last one for the project along Maple Street.
