Goodman Funeral Home Ribbon Cutting Friday Morning

A small gathering was on hand for a ribbon cutting for a recently opened funeral home Friday morning.

Jonathan and Shannon Goodman, owners of Goodman Funeral Home, and Manager, Josh Cook, were joined by Princeton Caldwell County Chamber of Commerce President, Jesse Rea, Executive Director Sean Mestan, Chamber Member Elizabeth Shelton, and several other members of the public at their location at 1032 West Main Street in Princeton to commemorate their recent opening.

Jonathan Goodman thanked those in attendance for allowing the funeral home to settle into the community as quickly as it has. He expressed that it was their hope to provide comfort to those who have recently lost loved ones while also insuring a personal and lasting tribute.
Mestan and Rea noted that the Board was proud to have Goodman Funeral Home as a member of the Chamber and welcomed them to the community.

The funeral home, which was originally a Methodist church, underwent several renovations before opening to the public on May 21st and now offers a family lobby and ceremony space for traditional or memorial services.
