A Princeton man has been arrested on various charges following a traffic stop over the weekend.
According to a Caldwell County Sheriff’s report a deputy conducted a traffic stop after observing a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed on Dawson Road around ten Saturday night. The report states that upon further investigation at the scene it was revealed that the driver, 18-year-old Juan Rosales, was allegedly under the influence of intoxicants.
Rosales was arrested and charged with his first offense of operating a motor vehicle under the influence, receiving stolen property – firearm, and speeding seventeen miles over the limit.
He was then lodged in the Caldwell County Jail.
