With the temperature taking a dive into the 30s overnight, the National Weather Service in Paducah has issued a Frost Advisory from 3 AM until 8 AM Saturday for western Kentucky.
According to the advisory, vegetation, such as sensitive outdoor plants may be damaged or killed if left uncovered.
A Frost Advisory is also in effect for southeast Missouri, southern Illinois, and southwest Indiana.
