Princeton Man Facing Fraud Charges Following Incident

A Princeton man is facing fraud charges following an incident at a local business last month.
Princeton Police Chief Chris King reports that officers arrested 25-year-old Joshua M. Boaz Wednesday following an investigation into a fraudulent check written at Walmart on October 15th. He adds that Boaz allegedly wrote two checks to Walmart using the victim’s checks as well as personal information of the victim’s son.
Chief King states that Boaz is being charged with two counts of second degree criminal possession of a forged instrument and theft of identity of another without consent.
Boaz was then lodged in the Caldwell County Jail.
