Motorists are being advised of road work on a portion of a state highway in Princeton this week.
Kentucky Transportation Cabinet District 2 spokesperson Keirsten Jaggers says that contractors with P&L Railroad will be finishing up maintenance work on the Highway 2080/Cadiz Street railroad overpass beginning on Wednesday, November 20th. She adds that crews will be finishing painting work on the overpass, which is between KY 91/Hopkinsville Street and KY 139/Legion Drive, that began in April.
Jaggers notes that work should be completed by Friday, November 22nd, weather permitting.
She is encouraging all motorists to use appropriate caution where equipment, flaggers, and maintenance personnel are along the roadway in close proximity to traffic flow.
