Thanksgiving Holiday Closures in Princeton/Caldwell County

With Thanksgiving quickly approaching local officials are reminding citizens of several closures due to the holiday.
Caldwell County Judge/Executive Larry Curling says the entire courthouse will be closed on Thursday and Friday. Every office will reopen for regular hours on Monday, December 2nd.
Princeton City Clerk Julie Key states that City Hall will be be closed on Thursday and Friday but will reopen on Monday. She adds that they will accept the early discount on property taxes on Monday only, due to the offices being closed on November 30th. Other offices also closed on Thursday and Friday include the Fredonia City Hall, Caldwell County Water Department, Princeton Water and Wastewater, the Princeton Electric Plant Board and the Frank P. Giannini Senior Citizen Center.
The Pennyrile Allied Community Services offices in Princeton will be closed Wednesday through Friday but will reopen on Monday. Officials there also want to remind the public that there are only two more weeks to apply for Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) subsidies, the deadline is December 13th.
