A Princeton man is facing DUI charges following a single vehicle accident near Fredonia Thursday night.
Caldwell County Sheriff’s Chief Deputy Chris Noel says that deputies were dispatched to the Fredonia Store in reference to a single vehicle accident just after 6:30. He adds that upon arrival at the scene, and further investigation, the driver, 43-year-old Jason Hammons, was determined to allegedly be under the influence of intoxicants.
Hammons was arrested and charged with his third offense of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs.
He was then lodged in the Caldwell County Jail.
