Administrators at a local home health agency are reminding the public that their services are for all ages.
Executive Director of Caldwell County Home Health Agency, RN Marcie Nix, says that their office was recently awarded with two prestigious certifications.
She adds that they provide several great services and believes most people don’t even realize what all they offer.
Nix notes Home Health is not for end-of-life care, it’s to help everyone get stronger following surgery or other medical issues.
She states that they will take most private insurances and will accept Medicare, however, they can not accept Medicaid. They also have a nurse on staff 24/7 to help when care might not otherwise be available.
