Funeral services for Terry Lynn Bullard, age 60, of Hazel, will be held Saturday afternoon at one at Lakeland Funeral Home in Eddyville. Burial will follow in Glenn Chapel Cemetery in Lyon County.
Visitation will be held Saturday morning from eleven until service time at the funeral home.
Terry was a homemaker and a member of Glenn’s Chapel United Methodist Church.
Survivors include her husband: Michael Bullard of Hardin; her mother and step father: Gail and Donald Baldwin of Eddyville; her father and step mother: Edward and Joann Dykes of Marine, IL; two daughters: Kaitlyn Bullard and significant other, Chris Johnson, Hazel and Lisa Bullard of Augusta, GA; one son: Luke Bullard of MO; two sisters: Linda Kallvy of O’Fallon, IL and Kathy Elliott and husband, Mike, of Highland, IL; four brothers: David R. Dykes and wife, Penny, of Newburgh, IN, Phillip Baldwin and wife, Donita, of Dupo, IL, Kenny Dykes and wife, Mary, of Marine, IL, Jimmy Dykes and wife, Donna, of Marine, IL; six grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
