Funeral services for Robert S. Holloman, age 91, of Princeton, will be held Friday afternoon at 2:30 at Morgan’s Funeral Home. Burial to follow at Morse Cemetery in Caldwell County, with military honors observed.
Visitation will be held Friday morning from 11:30 until service time at the funeral home.
Robert joined the Army at the age of 17 and served for seven years. He was also a member of Chapel Hill Baptist Church and worked at Joiners Hardware for many years.
Robert is survived by one son: John Holloman and wife, Melinda, of Princeton; one sister: Betty Ann Ray of Providence; five grandchildren: Todd Holloman and wife, Adrian, Brandy Holloman, Josh Flynn and wife, Dottie, LeAnn Maloney and husband, Kenny, and Elaina Bond and husband, James; he is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
