February is American Heart Month, as well a time to celebrate love and affection, so this year why not give some love to your heart by taking a step towards becoming more healthy.
Caldwell Medical Center Foundation Director Mary Beth Riley says they will be hosting a Heart and Sole 5K on Saturday, February 15th at the Lee S Jones Park in Eddyville. She adds that registration will begin at 7:30AM with the race to begin at eight.
Riley notes that those interested in participating can pre-register online at caldwellmedical.com or can stop by the Caldwell Medical Center, which is located at 100 Medical Center Drive in Princeton. She states that registration is $25 but that will include a race day T-shirt and hot chocolate, which will be handed out at the finish line.
Riley expresses that all proceeds from registration will go towards heart health awareness.
