“Follies” Variety Show Returning in 2020

Community members are being invited to attend a family friendly fun filled variety show and dinner fundraiser next month.
Caldwell County Middle School Band Director Mason Henry says the Band Boosters will be bringing back a popular old tradition this year by hosting the “Follies” Saturday, March 7th at the CCHS Fine Arts Auditorium. He adds that the Follies is a variety show that will feature local talent and will include musical and comedy acts, poetry, skits, and more.
Henry states this year’s event will feature Sean Mestan, Carl Woodall, James Cook, Lindsey Byrd, choirs students from Laura Fagin’s vocal studio, and many more. He notes that while the show will start at 7PM, there will also be a spaghetti dinner served before the show from 5:30 to 6:30PM in the CCHS cafeteria.
Tickets can be purchased for $15 for the dinner and show or $10 for just the show. Interested attendees also have the opportunity to reserve a small dinner table for two, a booth for four, or even a large table for six. All proceeds from ticket sales will go to support the Caldwell County Band of Pride.
To purchase tickets, reserve a table, or if you are interested in being a featured act in the Follies, you can contact Mason Henry at 270-625-9558 or at the Caldwell County Middle School at 270-365-8020.
