Several community leaders were on hand for a ribbon cutting for a new downtown restaurant and bakery that’s set to open its doors Tuesday.
Cathy and Cray Lewis, owners of Gather on Main and Cathy’s Confection, state that the grand opening will be held Tuesday beginning at 6AM and add they are looking forward to bringing a new variety of food to Princeton.
Executive Chef Josh Cook says that he’s also excited to bring an eclectic taste to Princeton while also staying with local products.
General Manager Dean Sears notes that he’s enthusiastic to bring the community such a great place to gather.
Princeton/Caldwell County Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Chad Oliver expresses that the restaurant is a welcome addition to a downtown that’s beginning to thrive again.
Gather on Main, which is located at 106 East Main Street, will be open Tuesdays through Saturdays from 6AM until 2PM with Cathy’s Confection open Tuesdays through Saturdays from 6AM until 5PM. For more information be sure to visit them on Facebook or you can contact them at 270-963-0736.
