All After School Activities at Caldwell Canceled Due to Storm Threat

All after school activities have been canceled in Caldwell County due to the threat of potential severe storms.
Superintendent Nate Huggins states that because the area is under a tornado watch and an enhanced risk for severe storms capable of producing high winds, hail, and the possible tornados, it is in the best interest of all students that activities be canceled Thursday night.
COPE Center Director Teresa Ray adds that the Science Night at the middle school scheduled for 5 to 7PM has also been canceled due to storm threats.
All sporting events, including a tennis match in Christian County and a baseball scrimmage Hopkinsville, have also been canceled.
