Caldwell County PACS Office Closed to Public But Still Conducting Business

The Caldwell County Pennyrile Allied Community Services (PACS) office is changing how business in conducted as concerns over the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) continue to rise.
Nan Tackett, Community Services Block Grant Case Manager, says that while the lobby has been closed to the public she is still doing business over the phone, through fax and email, one on one meetings through appointment, and offering curb-side services from 8AM until noon. She adds that Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) Crisis heating assistance is still in effect for those who may need help with their March heating bills.
Tackett is also reminding the public that they have moved offices and are now located at 307 East Main Street in Princeton.
She is encouraging those who may need assistance to please call her at 270-365-5097 or 270-963-1289 between 8AM and noon.
