The Caldwell County Extension Office is still actively working to answer your farming and gardening questions as well as helping keep you and your family active, healthy, and happy during the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.
Ashley White, Agent for Family and Consumer Sciences, is reminding the community that while their offices are closed to in-person traffic agents and services are still available.
She adds that they are currently working on new ways to reach out to the community and offer programming.
Despite social distancing mandates White notes that she is excited for the challenge and is looking forward to offering more online services.
For those stuck at home during this time she is also offering several tips to keep bodies and minds healthy and fit.
White is also encouraging people to stay connected through technology.
