Caldwell Happy Feet Equals Learning Feet Wanting to Make 2020 Biggest Year Yet

The local chapter of a non-profit organization that gives shoes to children in need is again asking the community to help them give even more shoes this year.
Jodie Lamb, Committee Chair of Caldwell County Happy Feet Equals Learning Feet, says that last year Happy Feet delivered 5,160 pairs of shoes to 20 locations throughout Kentucky and Southern Illinois. She adds that 2019 was Caldwell County’s largest year, delivering 404 pairs of shoes to children within the school system and to the Caldwell County Special Olympics Team.
Lamb notes that their goal this year is to raise $7,500 due to a larger need within the community compared to past years and with the average pair of shoes costing $30, no donation is too small. She states that every dollar raised stays in Caldwell County and all donations are tax deductible.
Donations can be mailed to ABC Finance, C/O Happy Feet Equals Learning Feet, 430 US Highway 62 West, Princeton.
For more information you can contact Jodie Lamb at 270-365-7444 or any other Caldwell County Committee member.
