Has eating at home more made you realize you might need a refresher course on cooking but don’t know where to start? The Caldwell County Extension Office is here to help with their newly announced free virtual cooking classes that will allow you to learn healthy new recipes and cooking skills from the comfort of your own home.
Joni Phelps, Senior SNAP Ed Assistant, says her first “Cooking with Joni” class to be held on Facebook Live will start Tuesday, May 19th and will be held weekly for the foreseeable future.
She adds anyone interested in participating in the class can follow the Caldwell County Nutrition Education Program page on Facebook.
Phelps notes she is always available to help with any nutrition needs.
