A Princeton woman is facing DUI charges following an investigation last week.
Caldwell County Sheriff’s Chief Deputy Chris Noel states on Thursday deputies were attempting to locate a vehicle that had recently evaded a traffic stop on Main Street when the vehicle was found sitting in the yard of a church next to an abandoned residence on North Donnivan Street. He adds deputies were able to contact the driver, 20-year-old Bailey Hazi, and through further investigation it was revealed Hazi was allegedly under the influence of intoxicants.
Hazi was then arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs and was lodged in the Caldwell County Jail.
