A Princeton man is facing harassment charges following an incident Wednesday.
According to a Princeton Police report officers received a complaint about harassing messages allegedly sent to the victim by a male subject. The report indicates investigation lead to a warrant being issued for the arrest of 38-year-old Kevin W. Milan, who supposedly sent the messages via the internet.
Officers were able to make contact with Milan just before nine Thursday morning and were able to take him into custody without incident.
Milan was charged with harassing communications and was lodged in the Caldwell County Jail.
