Funeral services for Phyllis Elaine Adams, age 69, of Tiline, will be held Wednesday afternoon at one at Lakeland Funeral Home in Eddyville. Burial will follow in Groves Chapel Cemetery in Tiline.
Visitation will be held Wednesday morning from eleven until service time at the funeral home.
She attended Grand Rivers Baptist Church and was a retired Caseworker Specialist for KY Cabinet for Families and Children.
Survivors include her husband: Ralph Adams of Tiline; one daughter: Virginia Adams of Tiline; two sons, Daniel Adams and wife, Whitney, of Salem and Samuel Adams and wife, Stacy, of Woodstock, GA; two sisters: Janet R. Gregory of Louisiana and Patricia J. Lephew of Oklahoma; three brothers: William W. Gregory of Denver, CO, Dennis W. Gregory of Ada, OK and Terence R. Gregory of Woodward, OK; seven grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Grand Rivers Baptist Church.
