Caldwell County has reported a new positive coronavirus case.
Judge-Executive Larry Curling confirmed Monday morning the county’s 52nd case. He added the case involves a 67-year-old male who is isolated at home.
As of Monday morning this now brings the county’s active case total to 5, with four recovering in their own homes and one hospitalized. According to the Pennyrile District Health Department the county’s remaining 47 cases have recovered.
