A Princeton man was arrested for a DUI following an incident Sunday morning.
According to a Princeton Police report officers responded to the area of Washington Street just after eight in reference to a complaint of a white male driving in the area and yelling at pedestrians. The report indicates when officers arrived on scene they located the described vehicle and made contact with the driver, 28-year-old Dillan W. Peek.
Further investigation revealed that Peek was allegedly under the influence of intoxicants.
Peek was then taken into custody and charged with his first offense of driving under the influence of intoxicants – controlled substance and was lodged in the Caldwell County Jail.
