A Princeton woman is facing her second DUI offense following an incident Thursday morning.
According to a Princeton Police report just after 8:30 officers responded to the Caldwell County Jail parking lot for a complaint of an intoxicated female. The report indicates when officers arrived on scene they made contact with the described female, 45-year-old Carolyn L. Rickard, and determined she was allegedly under the influence of intoxicants.
Officers also reportedly observed Rickard operating a motor vehicle while under the influence.
Rickard was taken into custody and charged with her second DUI offense and was lodged in the Caldwell County Jail.
