Funeral services for Lou Etta Doom, age 72, of Kuttawa, will be held Friday afternoon at one at Lakeland Funeral Home in Eddyville. Burial will follow in Kuttawa Cemetery.
Visitation will be held Friday morning from eleven until service time at the funeral home.
Lou Etta was a retired Registered Nurse with Pennyrile District Health Department and a member of Kuttawa First Baptist Church.
Survivors include one son: Sean Cotham and wife, Dawn, of Kuttawa; two daughters: Kenna Elkins and husband, Frankie, of Kuttawa and DeeAnn Wallace of Benton; four sisters: Wilma Russell of Kuttawa, Sue Travis of Kuttawa, “BB” Mestan and husband, Sean, of Princeton, and DeeLee Durham and husband, Terry, of Kuttawa; five grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
During this difficult time, friends and family may show their support by utilizing the “Hugs from Home” program, where heartfelt messages will be attached to a balloon in the chapel to remind the family of their love and support. All hugs must be received by five Thursday evening and can be sent by visiting lakelandchapel.com.
Memorial contributions may also be made to Kuttawa First Baptist Church Building Fund.
